Dr. Christine Yu Wang BE, MBA, DBA Christine is the former China chief representative of Monash Mt Eliza Business School in Australia, and founded the CYW Consulting in 1999. She is engaging in designing, developing, promoting the training courses that have been accepted widely by the large multinational companies in China. Due to the western education background and the sufficient understanding to the current situation of Chinese company, the training courses of Christine can exploit the trainee’s visual field and suggest them how to improve their performances in work place. Christine specializes in Leadership Training, Creative Thinking, Building High Performance Team, Organizational learning & Development, Action learning, Train the Trainer etc., and she has been recognized as one of the popular management trainer in the areas of Creative Leadership and Action Learning in South China. The clients Christine has worked with including: Coca-Cola, Ericsson, P&G, Danone, Wrigley, Amway, Start and many more multinational organizations in China. She is currently the General Manager of CYW Consulting, she chairs the American Chamber of Commerce HR Committee in Guangdong.
